There is some anime/gaming convention here this weekend. In wandering around today, I was disappointed to see so few people in costume. .shrugs.
What I did see was this:
Tall guy, dark longish, curly, hair, black (?) tee, black utilikilt, gray cable-knit knee socks, and black Keen sandals. This is why I can't remember what else he was wearing... cable-knit knee socks?????? with these Keen sandals...
Anyways, just wanted to share that with you. Utilikilts are the way to go, boys. ;)
Today, I got on the bus downtown and got off on Capitol Hill. Paid my $1.25 and went to Utrecht for some special vellum for a project. Had a [turkey/havarti/lettuce/shredded carrots] sandwich with a pomegranate italian soda for lunch and washed that down with a cup of Guatemala Huehuetenango - Finca Vista Hermosa (Single Origin). It was mild! Since I didn't feel like waiting for the bus and could see the convention center, I opted to walk down the hill - from Minor to 1st. At 1st & Pike I caught the bus to Paper Zone to complete my paper purchases for the day. And I managed to get in and out of there and on the next bus going north. All this for my original $1.25. FUN! :)
Oh, there are loads more other things to write about, but I'm supposed to be re-creating my PATE gift card for Art Direction.
